I'm not fit/flexible. Can I really join fitness classes?

Yes, absolutely! Our fitness programs are designed for all levels, especially beginners. Our certified instructors provide modifications for every exercise, ensuring you work at your own comfortable pace while still getting an effective workout. Your fitness journey has to start somewhere – why not here?

Great question! Here’s the simple difference:

  • Yoga focuses on flexibility, breathing, and mindfulness (like moving meditation)

  • Pilates focuses on core strength, posture, and controlled movements (like targeted strength training)
    Try both in our free trial to see which you prefer!

While most of our fitness participants are women, men are absolutely welcome in our Yoga and Pilates classes. Our Dance Fitness batches are currently ladies-only to create a comfortable environment for women. Mixed Yoga/Pilates classes run in the evenings.

Please inform your instructor before class. We’re trained to provide modifications and alternative exercises. For serious conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor first and bringing a medical note. Your safety is our top priority.

For noticeable results:

  • Weight loss/toning: 3 times per week

  • Flexibility/stress relief: 2 times per week

  • Maintenance: 1-2 times per week
